1 cup uncooked lentils
5 cups low sodium, low fat broth
1 carrot stalk
1 celery stalk chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ c brown rice
2 cloves garlic
Pepper to taste
In sauce pan sauté garlic (do not brown) Add broth, carrots, celery and lentil and rice simmer about an hour. |
